Clients and Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Erya provides legal and regulatory advisory services to professional clients<\/strong>, financial institutions, and corporate entities. The Firm does not offer services to consumers<\/strong> within the meaning of Articles L.221-1 et seq. of the Code de la Consommation. Accordingly, the provisions relating to consumer mediation and public disclosure of legal fees under D\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2022-965 of 30 June 2022 do not apply<\/strong>. All fees are set and agreed upon in accordance with professional rules governing attorney fee agreements (“conventions d\u2019honoraires”)<\/strong>, taking into account the specific circumstances and objectives of each client. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Professional Title and Regulatory Authority<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e9gory das Merc\u00eas, holder of the professional title Avocat, is registered with the Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine (France) and practises individually (Entreprise Individuelle – SIREN 522 500 701) under the trade name Erya, with professional domicile at 2, rue Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Passy \u2013 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine \u2013 France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The practice of law is mainly governed by the Loi n\u00b0 71-1130 of 31 December 1971<\/strong>, the D\u00e9crets n\u00b0 91-1197 of 27 November 1991<\/strong> and n\u00b0 2023-552 of 30 June 2023 and the R\u00e8glement Int\u00e9rieur National (RIN)<\/strong> of the Conseil National des Barreaux (CNB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
