Clients and Scope of Services
Erya provides legal and regulatory advisory services to professional clients, financial institutions, and corporate entities. The Firm does not offer services to consumers within the meaning of Articles L.221-1 et seq. of the Code de la Consommation. Accordingly, the provisions relating to consumer mediation and public disclosure of legal fees under Décret n° 2022-965 of 30 June 2022 do not apply. All fees are set and agreed upon in accordance with professional rules governing attorney fee agreements (“conventions d’honoraires”), taking into account the specific circumstances and objectives of each client.
Professional Title and Regulatory Authority
Grégory das Mercês, holder of the professional title Avocat, is registered with the Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine (France) and practises individually (Entreprise Individuelle – SIREN 522 500 701) under the trade name Erya, with professional domicile at 2, rue Frédéric Passy – 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine – France.
The practice of law is mainly governed by the Loi n° 71-1130 of 31 December 1971, the Décrets n° 91-1197 of 27 November 1991 and n° 2023-552 of 30 June 2023 and the Règlement Intérieur National (RIN) of the Conseil National des Barreaux (CNB).
The Firm is subject to the disciplinary authority of the Ordre des Avocats du Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine:

Professional Liability Insurance
When rendering professional services, the Firm is covered by the professional liability insurance policy subscribed through the Ordre des Avocats du Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine, providing coverage in accordance with the professional rules applicable to French registered lawyers (“avocats”).
